  1. Aquí tengo unos pimientos choriceros a los que le voy a quitar el rabo y las semillas. Ahora que ya se lo he quitado a todos los pimientos, vamos a meterlos en un cazo o cazuela con agua templada y dejaremos que se hidraten unos 15 o 20 minutos como mínimo.
  2. Mientras se hidratan los pimientos, ponemos un buen chorro de aceite en una sartén y dejamos que se caliente a fuego medio. Mientras se calienta el aceite, pelamos unos dientes de ajo y los incorporamos a la sartén y dejamos que se vayan dorando.

  4. Mientras tanto, vamos a trocear las cebollas, las trocearemos a groso porque luego lo vamos a triturar.
  5. Retiramos el bacalao y añadimos la cebolla troceada, le ponemos sal al gusto y dejamos que se poche bien, a fuego medio.
  6. Pasados unos 20 minutos aproximadamente, retiramos los pimientos choriceros choriceros del agua y procedemos a sacarles la carne a los pimientos.
