- Ponemos la pera en el vaso de la batidora, añadimos la canela y trituramos
- Cortamos las morcillas en rodajas, las colocamos en un plato y las metemos en el micro 5 minutos para que se cocinen
- Extendemos en la bandeja de horno una lámina sobre papel de hornear. Con un tenedor marcamos la lámina en distintos puntos para que no suba, teniendo en cuenta que habrá que dejar unos 2 cm de lámina sin rellenar para hacer el borde
- Colocamos primero la morcilla, después repartimos la compota de pera, luego la cebolla caramelizada y por último queso de cabra al gusto
- Precalienta el horno a 200°
- Cortamos las esquinas y doblamos los bordes. Después sellamos con un tenedor todo el borde dejando marcado rayitas. Volvemos a marcar con el tenedor por distintos puntos como hicimos en la primero lámina
Por último pincelamos con el huevo batido - Horneamos 20'.yo puse 10' sin aire y otros 10' con aire
- Sacamos, dejamos atemperar y a disfrutar
