  2. Sumerges en ese caldo que acabas de preparar el pollo (tal y como viene, no hace falta trocearlo) y las patatas, cortadas en rodajas de 1cm grosor aprox y lo reservas 2-3h que macere bien (este paso es opcional, pero muy recomendable)
  3. Al cabo de las 2-3h, sacas las patatas, haces una cama con ellas en la fuente que vas a usar para el horno y les echas un poco del caldo por encima
  4. Metes las patatas al horno (precalentado) y lo programas a 180º por 30 minutos
  5. Comprueba que las patatas no están duras pinchando con un tenedor. Si lo están, déjalas 5 minutos más
  6. Pon el pollo y la salsa sobre la cama de patatas, ponle una pizca de sal por encima y mete al horno (180º) durante 20 minutos
  7. Dale la vuelta al pollo y déjalo otros 20 minutos en el horno
  8. Pon el horno en función grill y deja que dore el pollo unos 15 minutos (o hasta que veas que se empieza a poner dorado)

    A mi aquí me pudo el hambre y lo saqué antes de tiempo, pero ha quedado buenísimo aún así
  9. Sirve y ten a mano pan pa mojar!
