  1. Descongelamos el bacalao,retiramos la piel y cortamos en dados.
    Lo añadimos a un bol.
    Mientras ponemos a cocer la yuca.
  2. Rallamos las limas en el bol y añadimos el zumo.
  3. Ponemos una pizca de sal.
    Picamos el chile y lo añadimos,yo lo pongo entero,me gusta picante,poner medio si no lo queréis muy picante.
  4. Añadimos cilantro picado,el aguacate en dados y la cebolla picada.
    Rallamos un trozo de jengibre y lo añadimos.
  5. Dejamos templar la yuca y cortamos un trozo,lo pelamos y lo picamos.
    Añadimos la yuca al bol y mezclamos bien.
    Yo he añadido unos brotes de soja para dar crujiente.
  6. Ponemos en el vaso batidor,unas hojas de cilantro,una pizca de sal,un chorro generoso de aceite y el caldo.
    Batimos y añadimos.
    Llevamos a la nevera una hora antes de servir y a disfrutar.
