Cerramos la olla y le damos 30 minutos desde que empieza a salir el vapor (se pueden tener menos tiempo pero nos gusta que queden muy suaves).

  4. Las sacamos y echamos todas las verduras en ese aceite. Dejamos que se pochen a fuego suave.
  5. Cuando estén pochadas, añadimos el vino, subimos a fuego fuerte durante unos 3 minutos y echamos el calamar. Removemos y lo dejamos unos 4 minutos antes de añadir el tomate.
  6. Bajamos a fuego suave y tapamos la cazuela, dejando que se haga todo junto hasta que toque abrir la olla rápida.
  7. Sacamos el vapor de la olla, la abrimos y echamos las verdinas en la salsa. Removemos.
  8. Ponemos los langostinos por encima, tapamos la cazuela y lo dejamos todo 10 minuto a fuego suave.
  9. Apagamos el fuego, retiramos la cazuela y dejamos que repose unos 10 minutos más.
