- Lo primero es poner a cocer las patatas (yo lo hago con la piel y las lavo primero). Unos 25-30 minutos, dependiendo del tamaño. Para tenerlo claro, las pinchamos con un palillo, no tienen que estar duras ni tampoco deshacerse o abrirse la piel.
- A la vez, pero en otro cazo, cocer los huevos. Yo les dejo 10 min
- Mientras se cuecen, vamos con las judías verdes... yo les quito la hebra lateral y las lavo. A cocer 30-35 min en agua hirviendo con sal.
- Una vez se han cocido huevos y patatas, los dejamos enfriar 10 min en un bol con agua fría.
- Mientras tanto, desmenuzamos el pollo, cortamos en trocitos pequeños los tomates y el lacón y lo ponemos en un bol grande.
- Picamos pequeño la patata y el huevo cocido y las añadimos al bol. Cuando estén cocidas las judías verdes las ponemos en un escurridor de pasta y bajo el grifo las enfriamos. Luego las picamos pequeño y también al bol.
- Aliñamos con sal y aceite de oliva al gusto. Podemos comerlo al momento o dejamos enfriar en la nevera por 1h.
