  5. Añadir el caldo de verduras y dejar a fuego suave unos 5 minutos
  6. Incorporar la nata, sal y pimienta negra recién molida y dejar unos 10 minutos para que espese
  7. Poner las albóndigas ya horneadas en la sartén con la salsa. Dejar todo junto otros 5 minutos
  8. Emplatar y servir caliente o templado recién hecho
