  9. Para emplatar desmoldamos con cuidado la panna cotta y ponemos alrededor un poco de tierra de galleta.
  10. Ponemos en un colador 1 c.s. de azúcar glasé y 1 c.c. de canela y espolvoreamos un poco por encima.
