Las echamos en la olla rápida y las cubrimos con agua.
En mi olla el proceso es: poner ell fuego al 9 y, cuando empiece a salir el vapor, bajarlo al 4 y contar 28 minutos.

Echamos todo en la ensaladera. - Cortamos el ajo en trocitos y os ponemos en el montero. Añadimos sal, comino, orégano y perejil (todo Al gusto) y lo machacamos bien.
- Una vez machacado, echamos 1 cucharada de vinagre, 1+1/2 de aove y 4 de tomate triturado. Removemos bien.
- Cuando ya hayan cocido las verdinas, sacamos todo el vapor de la olla y las echamos a la ensalada cogiéndole con una espumadera para no perder el agua de cocción.
- Añadimos un cacillo de ese agua de cocción al mortero y lo removemos todo bien.
- Por último, echamos el aliño a la ensalada, mezclamos, tapamos con papel film y lo metemos en el frigorífico para que se enfríe (lo he tenido 1 hora).
