Removemos varias veces a fuego fuerte alrededor de 5 minutos, añadimos las almejas, bajamos el fuego al mínimo y tapamos la cazuela 10 minutos.
  3. Picamos los dientes de ajo y calentamos una cucharada de aceite en la sartén para saltearlos. Cuando los ajos estén dorados añadimos las gambas y dejamos que se hagan.
    En cuanto se hayan hecho las añadimos a la fideuá incluido el aceite que haya en la sartén. Dejamos reposar 10 minutos y ¡a comer!
