- En el vaso de la turmix ponemos la carne de las berenjenas y los garbanzos. El resto de cosas yo lo que hago es poner 1 c.p. de cada una (tahini, comino y pimentón) y 3 dientes de ajo escalivados. Una pizca de sal y pimienta.
- Vamos probando y le vamos añadiendo más cantidad de esos productos según nuestro gusto. Yo le suelo poner más de comino.
- Si queda muy espeso, que no suele quedar por las berenjenas, le podéis añadir un poco de aceite.
