- Horno precalentado a 180 grados calor arriba y abajo, en la parte baja del horno (mi horno como no tiene aire lo que hago es poner una bandeja encima) horneamos por 45 minutos los últimos 5 minutos quito la bandeja de arriba
- Una vez fría pintamos la parte de arriba con la mermelada y le espolvoreamos azúcar glas
