- 10 dientes Ajo (4 enteros con piel y todo, 3 fileteados y 3 picadistos)

- Cubrimos el fondo de una darten onda o cacuela ancha con Aceite de Oliva con fuego a tope, y cuando esté listo echamos los 4 dientes de ajo SIN PELAR.
- Mientras tanto Salpimentamos el Pollo
- Pasados unos minutos, ponemos el pollo lo doramos por todas sus caras. Una vez Dorado sacamos y reservamos.
- Bajamos el fuego 2 puntos. Añadimos los Ajos Fileteados y Picaditos, y los doramos.
- Añadimos la Harina, y cocinamos un poco.
- Añadimos una punta de Pimentón (COMPLETAMENTE OPCIONAL, Solo si te gusta un punto de pocante), el tomate y removemos.
- Acto seguido, echamos el vino blanco y dejamos un par de minutos que evapore el alcohol, y removemos bien.
- Una vez evaporado el Alcohol, añadimos el pollo, y lo mareamos en la salsa.
- Pasado unos segundos, añadimos el Caldo de Pollo, dejamos que suba el hervor (si nos parece un hervir muy fuerte, le bajamos 1 punto, o incluso 2) y tapamos y cocinamos durante 30 o 40 minutos a fuego medio.
- Resultado:
Una vez bien reducido este es el resultado, cremita buema. Con unas patatitas fritas, ideal.
