Rallamos o cortamos en juliana un par de calabacines grandes.
En una sartén caliente (Sin aceite!!!) Doramos el bacon cortado en tiras y la cebolla hasta que queden crujientes y cocinados, retiramos y en ese mismo sartén salteamos los calabacines hasta que estén al punto de nuestro gusto.
Especiamos los calabacines a gusto (yo les puse sal, pimienta y orégano seco). - MEZCLAR!!!
Una vez tenemos todo cocinado, mezclamos el bacon y la cebolla con los calabacines y finalmente añadimos la salsa de naranja y mostaza.
